Southern Governor Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali Al Khalifa stressed resolve to translate the leadership's aspirations into a reality. He expressed keenness on providing citizens in all villages and towns in the Southern Governorate with optimum services according to a long-term strategy. He emphasised continuous work to preserve the governorate's historical heritage and boost the cultural and tourism sector by implementing quality projects.

The Southern Governor was speaking during a visit today to Tatweer Petroleum where he was received by the company's Chief Executive James Eastlack and members of the Board of Directors. He pointed out the strategic partnership between the Southern Governorate and Tatweer Petroleum, expressing keenness on more support from the company in adopting initiatives carried out by the Southern Governorate.

The Southern Governor listened to a briefing on the company's solar energy plant and toured the oil and gas operations central control facility. He praised the company's high performance and productivity urging to maintain them.

The company's Chief Executive thanked the Southern Governor for his keenness to boost partnership between the Southern Governorate and Tatweer Petroleum, stressing the company's keenness to continue its community efforts in backing the Southern Governorate's programmes and projects.
