Southern Governor Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali Al Khalifa stressed his keenness to follow up on preparations of the Southern Governorate, in cooperation with the Police Directorate, the municipality and competent parties, to provide the best services during the camping season. He urged campers to adhere to the safety regulations put in place by the Southern Governorate.

During an inspection visit to the recreational camping site of the Southern Governorate and the Campers Services Centre, the Southern Governor hailed the efforts of the Southern Police Directorate and the Southern Municipality in mapping out a security and municipal scheme for the camping season, stressing keenness on following up on its implementation throughout the camping season. He also pointed out the inauguration of a recreational centre for the campers to provide them with purposeful entertaining programmes that combine the traditional heritage with amusement and culture.
