President Abdel Fattah El Sisi on Wednesday inaugurated the cultural complex in Port Said city.
Attending the ceremony were Prime Minister Sherif Ismail and Port Said Governor Adel al Ghadban along with other State officials.
Port Said Governor Adel el Ghadban welcomed the president at the start of the ceremony.

The governor noted that Egypt under president Sisi is in a battle for achieving development and stability. He addressed the president saying "since you assumed power in very difficult conditions you have pledged to exert all efforts for piloting Egypt to safety through launching development projects for a better future for the present and coming generations".
The governor lauded a giant project for developing east Port Said through setting up East Port Said harbor which he said is one of the major ports worldwide.
Port Said Governor Adel Ghadban noted that the area of Port Said is full of development projects including agricultural and industrial development.
He highlighted a giant industrial development project for setting up five major factories at a total cost of 1.6 billion pounds whose foundation stone has been laid recently.
The project provides up to 6,000 jobs, he added, noting that other small scale industries project will be set up.
The city also enjoyed a major low cost housing project including 35,000 housing units, he pointed out. Up to 60,000 housing units will be completed by 2018, he added.
