Reacting to a video that went viral recently, Royal Oman Police have arrested a person who drove recklessly through a wadi in Oman, drenching another man on a bicycle.

The police have posted a statement regarding the viral video that captured the incident. "The police would like to confirm that the driver of the vehicle has been arrested, and legal proceedings have been taken against him," the ROP said in its statement online.
