Qatari Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohamed bin Abdel Rahman Al Thani arrived on Monday in Kuwait to hand over his country's response to the demands of Saudi Arabia, Egypt, the UAE and Bahrain.

The four countries approved on Sunday extending the time-limit given to Qatar to respond to the demands by 48 hours.
