Prime Minister Ahmed Ouyahia will head on Friday to Bamako to represent to President Abdelaziz Bouteflika, to the inauguration ceremony of Malian President, Ibrahim Boubacar Keïta, which will take place on Saturday, said Thursday a communiqué of Prime Minister’s services.
