The general committee at the Parliament decided to refer MP Mohamed Anwar el Sadat, who is a member at the human rights committee, to investigations before a parliament panel. 

The move came after Social Solidarity Minister Ghada Wali referred a complaint against him. 

The complaint said that Sadat sent a copy from the NGO draft law to foreign embassies in Cairo before discussing it in the council.
