Minister of State for Military Production Mohammed Saeed el Assar left for Belarus on Sunday for talks on boosting cooperation between the two countries, especially in the manufacturing domain.

The minister is accompanied by representatives of the irrigation, communications, investment and international cooperation and trade ministries.

The visit comes as part of efforts to deepen Egyptian-Belarusian cooperation and it came following Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko's visit to Egypt in January.
