Libyan Parliament Speaker Akila Saleh left here on Friday night for South Africa to participate in the 25th African Union summit.
Meetings of the International Contact Group for Libya kicked off Friday in Johannesburg with the participation of nine African countries: Egypt, Algeria, Chad, Niger, Sudan, Tunisia, Nigeria, South Africa and Zimbabwe in addition to the five permanent member states of the United Nations Security Council: China, France, Russia, the UK and the US.
