Kuwaiti Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah al Hamad al Sabah headed for Cairo Sunday to lead Kuwait's delegation to the Arab League foreign ministers meeting.

An exceptional meeting of the AL council is due today at the request of Saudi Arabia to discuss the Iranian violations and assaults against the Saudi embassy and consulate in Iran.
