Kuwaiti Amir Shaikh Sabah Al Ahmed Al Jaber Al Sabah arrived in Marrakesh, Morocco, 
today heading Kuwait's delegation to the United Nations Climate Change Conference and the African Summit which will be held in the presence of the GCC leaders.
