King Abdullah II

Jordanian King Abdullah II, accompanied by Queen Rania, left here on Tuesday for London to take part in an international donor conference on Syria.

King Abdullah will address the gathering at the inaugural session tackling measures aimed at supporting countries that are hosting refugees including Jordan.

The king will hold meetings with a galaxy of British leaders, officials and MPs taking part in the conference.

The Jordanian King will also visit the Irish capital, Dublin, where he will hold talks with President Michael D Higgins on several regional and international issues of common concern as well as means of boosting bilateral cooperation.
