US Secretary of State John Kerry arrived Wednesday in Moscow for a visit during which he will meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Kerry is expected to meet with Russian President Putin and Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov on Thursday. US Department of State Spokesman John Kirby said Tuesday that the Syrian Issue will overshadow Kerry's talks with Russian officials, adding that the US Top Diplomat will discuss with officials in Moscow means to implement the ceasefire in Syria, and the delivery of humanitarian aid to the besieged areas.
In addition to the Syrian crisis, Kerry and the Russian official will discuss the Ukrainian issue.
