Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda today arrived in New Delhi to hold talks with his Indian counterpart

Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda today arrived in New Delhi to hold talks with his Indian counterpart Manmohan Singh. 
Shortly before he left Tokyo, Noda said both countries would celebrate next year the 60th anniversary of normalizing diplomatic relations and the 5th anniversary of bilateral strategic partnership. 
The two sides will discuss political and security issues as well as joint infrastructure projects.
