Higher Education Minister Ashraf el Shehhi left here on Thursday en route to Paris to participate in the UNESCO Executive Council meeting.
Shehhi is expected to give a speech before the council's members to review Egypt's vision concerning facing extremism and terror organizations and activating international organizations' role in launching a intellectual, cultural and educational revolution.
He will also tackle issues concerning human rights, protecting culture and UNESCO's role in combating terrorism.
