Former UN Secretary-General Ban Ki Moon

Former UN Secretary-General Ban Ki Moon called today on amending the parliamentary elections in South Korea, his home country.
He hinted that he might form a third political power as part of his bid to become the next president of South Korea. Sources told Korean news agency Yonhap that Ki-Moon told people close to him that he agrees with calls for amending the parliamentary elections in a way that limits the impact of the major parties.
