Secretary General of the PLO Executive Committee, Dr. Saeb Erekat on Tuesday said that the Palestinian leadership has submitted the case of Khan Al-Ahmar to the International Criminal Court in the Hague.

On twitter, Erekat said that “a submission on the case of #KhanAlAhmar was delivered to the ICC this morning, urging Madam Bensouda to meet with the council of Khan Al-Ahmar.”

“We hope that an official judicial investigation can be opened as soon as possible,” he added.

In a video, Erekat also said “We are determined to pursue our fight in the Security Council, General Assembly, Human Rights Council and the International Court of Justice.”
