Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry left here on Tuesday for the US on a several days' visit.

During the visit, Shoukry will hold talks with his American counterpart John Kerry, US administration officials and congressmen of the two US houses.

Shoukry will be interviewed by a number of American media outlets.
