Head of the Suez Canal Economic Zone Ahmed Darwish held talks on Tuesday with members of the British-Egyptian Business Association (BEBA) on investment opportunities in the zone.
According to a released statement by the zone authority, Darwish expounded incentives and privileges extended by the economic zone for investors.
He added that measures for setting up business in the zone became so simple.
For his part, UK Trade Envoy to Egypt Sir Jeffrey Donaldson, in his speech at the meeting, indicated that Egypt possesses large investments potentials in several domains.
He underlined the fact that British companies are interested in investing in the Suez Canal development corridor.
