Cairo - Arab Today
Chairman of the Egyptian Customs Authority Magdy Abdel Aziz left Cairo on Sunday for Brussels to attend the 77th Session of the Policy Commission of the World Customs Organization (WCO).
Egypt takes part in the event as a member state of Northern Africa and Middle East region.
The meetings - due to be held on July 3 through 5 - will tackle the progress realized so far in implementing the recommendations issued by the action group meeting in February.
The action group called for moving forward to put into effect Mercator Program which aims to support WCO members in their efforts to implement the WTO Trade Facilitation Agreement.
