Cairo Chamber of Commerce is due to hold on Sunday the Egyptian-Korean Business Forum with a view to developing economic relations.

Organizing the forum comes as a delegation of the Korean Egyptian Development Association (KEDA) visits the Cairo chamber to probe new ways of boosting trade and investment exchange.

The forum falls within the framework of the chamber role in bolstering economic relations with all countries at the trade and investment levels, Cairo chamber deputy Chairman Ali Shoukry said in a statement issued on Saturday.

One-on-one meetings will be held during the forum to activate cooperation and lure more investments, Shoukry said.

More efforts should be exerted to make Egypt's economic climate and investment opportunities crystal clear, Shoukry noted, pointing out that foreign businessmen should get acquainted with the Egyptian products to increase the country's exports.

He went on to say that the Korean delegation comprises a host of businessmen in the fields of leather products, manufacturing of batteries and cloths, tourism, transports, dairy products, law and trade counselling as well as spinning and weaving machines.
