President Alexander Lukashenko of Belarus left Cairo on Monday winding up a two-day visit to Egypt during which he met with President Abdel Fattah El Sisi .

The two leaders signed a joint declaration following their talks at Ittihadia palace and attended the signing of nine cooperation agreements and memos of understanding.
