Algerian Prime Minister Abdelmalek Sellal arrived here on Tuesday as he will meet German Chancellor Angela Merkel to discuss ways of boosting bilateral ties.

Also, they will touch on a number of issues of common concern, notably the Syrian and Iraqi crises.

Sellal will hold bilateral talks with German President Joachim Gauck on ways to foster bilateral relations.
