Hillside house in San Francisco

Hillside house in San Francisco At a first glance, it may seem that this hillside house in San Francisco is just another contemporary retreat with spectacular city views. But as you get closer, you will see that the architects at Susan Fredman Design Group did a wonderful job personalizing this Corona Heights neighborhood project. A high level of openness was achieved with the help of tall windows; this allows natural light inside, enhancing the feeling of space.
Located on the bottom level, the living zone is particularly welcoming with its high ceilings and walls partially replaced by glass. A sofa, a few armchairs and a reading nook are more than enough to accommodate family and friends during those long after-dinner talks. The minimalist white chandelier reduces the scale of the room and adds a dynamic touch. However, the most appealing part of the residence is a generously-sized terrace, which the designers turned into a luxurious place for contemplation.
