Sharm el Sheikh airport receives 1st regular flight

Sharm el Sheikh International Airport received Monday the first regular flight of operated by Air Cairo Company from the Italian city of Milano.

In a press release, the company's chairman Yasser el Ramly said that the firm adopts a strategy targeting expanding in the Italian market as it operated two regular lines from Milano to Sharm el Sheikh and Marsa Allam.

The company is scheduled to intensify the flights in the next summer season besides inaugurating other regular lines from various great cities in northern and central Italy to Egyptian tourist attraction destinations, he reiterated.

Air Cairo Company implements the strategy of the Civil Aviation Ministry via backing one of the most important aspects of the national economy, as the firm promotes Egyptian tourism through operating 65 weekly flights from 15 cities of 11 European countries.
