Kim Kardashian

American celebrity “Kim Kardashian”’s visit to a Dubai Disabled center sparked a trouble as it was made without the authorities permission, reported the daily mail.
The reality TV star spent time at the Rashid Centre for the Disabled while on a trip to the Emirate last week where she gave a make-up masterclass.
Her trip to Dubai was highly anticipated given it was her first major public appearance since being robbed at gunpoint during Paris Fashion Week in October.

During her time there she visited the facility for the disabled and was pictured meeting the children there and taking part in activities.
Some of those at the centre also presented her with gifts and she even handed out T-shirts to the youngsters that had an image of her face on the front.
But now it has emerged that authorities in Dubai are investigating the centre as they did not get prior approval from the official ministry of development for her visit.
According to state-owned newspaper Emarat Al Youm, the probe will focus on how Kim, wife of rapper Kanye West, was allowed to visit the centre without permission, which is required from the Emirati government.

The newspaper explains that if an official request had been made, it would have only been granted if there was a clear educational goal for Kim's visit.
It also says authorities are concerned about T-shirts bearing Kim's face that were being handed out.
However, it has been reported that the centre has since told officials that they had no time to inform the ministry of the visit as the arrangements were only made at the last minute and that they did not think it would be covered in the media.
Dubai officials and the Rashid Centre for the Disabled have so far refused to comment on the investigation.
Kim's visit to the centre was also documented on social media when she posted an image of herself standing among the children wearing her T-shirts, on Instagram.
She captioned the snap: 'My favorite part of the trip was visiting Rashid Paediatric Therapy Centre. These beautiful children showed me a performance of a lifetime! My hat goes off to the amazing teachers and caregivers who dedicate their time for the future of these children!'
