Manchester City completed the signing of Germany striker Leroy Sane from Schalke, the English club announced Tuesday.
Sane signed a five-year contract after completing a deal worth reportedly 48 million Euros. Add-on clauses could increase the deal to 55 million Euros.
Speaking to City's official website about the player, manager Pep Guardiola said that Sane "has great technical ability, is comfortable on the ball and there is much to admire about the way he plays football." On Sane's attributes, Guardiola said "He is fast, enjoys creating chances for others, works hard for the team and scores goals, too." The Spanish coaching superstar maintained that Sane, 20 years old, is still developing his game.
