Egyptian singer and actor Tamer Hosni apologized for standing against protests during the early days of revolution. Despite being placed on actors’ blacklist, Hosni’s serial Adam was a major hit during Ramadan. Hosni is aware that many people did not forgive his previous political positions but felt encouraged by the many phone calls he received from friends, journalists and fans congratulating him on the success of his serial.
