President of the World Bank Group Jim Yong Kim will visit Egypt on June 9-11 as part of the group's commitment to back development goals in Egypt.

On June 10, the WB President will deliver a speech at the third COMESA-EAC-SADC Tripartite Summit of Head of States and Government in Sharm El Sheikh.

The three blocs stand for the Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa, the East African Community and the Southern African Development Community.
