Qasr el Nil misdemeanour court delayed on Sunday the consideration of an appeal filed by head of the Syndicate of Journalists Yahia Qallash, and two other board members to January 14.

Qallash, as well as Khaled al Balshi and Gamal Abdel-Rahim were sentenced to two years in jail and a fine of 10,000 pounds each over harboring two wanted persons at the syndicate’s downtown Cairo headquarters.
