President Abdel Fattah El Sisi meets later on Monday with majority leader at the German parliament Volker Kauder, presidential spokesman Alaa Youssef said.
Talks will tackle boosting bilateral cooperation between Egypt and Germany as well as Arab and regional developments, the spokesman said.
The two sides will discuss preparations for the coming visit of Sisi to Berlin.
