Head of Strong Egypt Party Abdel Moneim Abul Fotouh received on Thursday Swiss Ambassador to Egypt Markus Leitner.

According to a statement by Abul-Fotouh, the meeting was held at a request from the foreign diplomat to discuss the party's political role in Egypt.

The talks covered the party's stance on the upcoming parliamentary elections.
