Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah will start Monday an official visit to Turkey, during which he will hold talks with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan. 
Talks during the visit will cover bilateral relations between the two countries and ways of developing them at various levels, Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) reported.
