Social Solidarity Minister Ghada Wali held a meeting Friday with director of Social Solidarity Directorate in South Sinai to review financial aid offered to those affected by the decline of tourism during summer.
In statements to MENA, Wali said that the General Establishment For Social Solidarity has provided financial aid to owners of micro-sized projects and youth affected by the decline of tourism in Sharm el Sheikh during summer.
Up to 745 families have received the aid, Wali noted.
The minister added that the meeting tackled preparations of a relief center in Tur Sinai in the event of floods during the monsoon season.
