Director of the National News Agency, Laure Sleiman, on Tuesday visited Governor of the North, Ramzi Nohra, delegated by Minister of Information Melhem Riachy, at his office in the Serail of Tripoli.

During the meeting, the pair discussed the current general situation, and the recent dispute between the director of NNA Tripoli office, Abdul Karim Fayyad, and an employee at the Serail.

Nohra confirmed his respect and appreciation for all the journalists and workers at the NNA Tripoli's office, on top of whom Abdul Karim Fayyad.

He also heaped praise on their work in the northern city, hailing their professionalism and accuracy while covering news.

Both Sleiman and Nohra later headed to the NNA office in Tripoli, where they were received by Fayyad and the staff
