Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmad Al Jabir Al Sabah met on Saturday with Ruler of the UAE's Fujairah state Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed al Sharqi on the sidelines of the Arab summit in Sharm el Shiekh.
