His Majesty King Abdullah II on Tuesday congratulated Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani on the return of Qatari nationals, who were kidnapped in Iraq, to their country.

In a phone call, the two Qatar leaders discussed ties and regional developments.
