Maghreb and African Union Affairs Minister Abdelkader Messahel held on Sunday talks with Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry, who arrived here on Saturday.

Talks tackled fighting terrorism and illegal immigration as well as the developments in Libya.

The two sides also discussed issues related to the African Union and the African Union summit in South Africa next month.
