Arab League Secretary General Nabil el Araby received Monday visiting Russian special envoy to the Middle East Mikhail Bogdanov.
The meeting took up the latest developments in Syria and the outcome of consultations between the Syrian government and the opposition held in Moscow.
They also addressed the developments in Libya and Yemen and stressed the need for serious international action to revive peace talks between the Palestinian and Israeli sides, the Arab League said in a press release.
