Historic Cairo Project Manager Mohamed Abdelaziz said Sunday the international organizations delegation that was currently visiting Egypt praised the scientific method used in the Historic Cairo development project.
Abdelaziz told MENA the delegation, that included UNESCO, ICCROM, ICOM representatives, inspected historic Gamaleya district.
Mechanisms were considered to form a unit to manage the World Heritage sites under Antiquities Minister Mamdouh Eldamaty to overcome all the obstacles faced by the project, he said.
