Algerian-Catalan joint venture for restoration, set up according to the 49-51% rule, aims at contributing to the preservation of the archaeological heritage in Algeria, the director general of the National Office of Management and Exploitation of Protected Cultural Heritage (OGEBC), Abdelouahab Zekagh said Thursday in Batna (600-km east of Algiers).
