The famous parting shot of retired attacking midfielder Zinedine Zidane, who headbutted Marco Materazzi in the chest during the 2006 World Cup final, has been immortalized in the shape of a five-meter bronze statue in the heart of Paris. The statue, by Algerian sculptor and rising young art star Abdel Abdessemed, was unveiled on Tuesday in the Place Georges-Pompidou, facing the Centre Pompidou, the modern and contemporary art museum in the French capital\'s city center. Many passersby, including various Italian tourists, had their picture taken next to the statue, which is titled Coup de Tete (Head-Butt), as they recalled the 2006 final, which Italy won against France on penalty kicks. Abdessemed\'s one-man show opens next week at the Centre Pompidou.
