OAO Gazprom, Russia\'s biggest company by market value, plans to start output of liquefied natural gas in Vladivostok on the Pacific coast in 2016 or 2017, said Chief Executive Officer Alexey Miller. The Russian gas producer will complete an investment study for the Chayanda field in East Siberia in mid-August, Miller said today at Gazprom\'s annual meeting. The company plans to build a pipeline from the field to the proposed Vladivostok LNG facility.
