Ukraine's prime minister said on Monday that Kiev will "never" purchase gas at the price currently set by Russia and warned that it will file for arbitration if no new agreement is reached.
"Ukraine will never accept the price of nearly $500 and will never purchase gas at this price," Arseniy Yatsenyuk told a cabinet meeting. "There will be a new round of negotiations on Monday. These negotiations will either end with the signing of an agreement or with us filing a lawsuit."
