Energy Minister Alexander Novak on Thursday predicted that oil prices will fall during the next winter because of the mysterious oil market situation. 
The current figures of oil production contribute to reaching an agreement on oil production freeze, Novak said in an interview with TASS. 
"We cannot be hundred percent confident that such an agreement will be reached, but there is a number of factors saying that such a possibility exists," he said.
