A delegation of the Organization of Arab Petroleum Exporting Countries (OAPEC) was visiting the Libyan capital Sunday to discuss bilateral cooperation, and preparations for the 10th Arab Energy Conference, due in Tripoli mid-2014.  OAPEC Secretary General Abbas Al-Naqi, who heads the delegation, will be meeting with Libyan oil officials to discuss the development of the oil sector in Libya, Egyptian official news agency (Mena) reported.  The meetings between the two sides will also touch upon preparations for the energy conference, it added.
