Russia's largest privately-owned oil company LUKoil saw its second quarter 2011 US GAAP net profit jump to $3.251 billion, from $1.949 billion the previous year, the company said in a statement on Wednesday. Revenue grew to $34.912 billion in April-June 2011 from $25.853 billion in the same period last year. Operating expenses increased to $2.440 billion from $2.046 billion, while pre-tax profit rose to $4.027 billion from $2.637 billion, LUKoil said.
