The price of Kuwaiti crude oil went up US$1.35 and settled at $60.83 per barrel, compared to $59.48 per barrel since yesterday's trading, the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation said on Wednesday.

According to the Kuwait News Agency, the crude oil price for Brent Mixed was down by 19 cents to $64.08 last night, and US crude Western Texas oil was down by 7 cents to settle at $57.28 per barrel
