The price of Kuwaiti crude oil went up by 83 cents and settled at US$ 55.02 per barrel Wednesday, compared to $ 54.19 per barrel since last Tuesday, said Kuwait Petroleum Corporation on Thursday.

According to the Kuwait News Agency, KUNA, oil crude price Brent mixed crude was up 11 cents to $58.44 while the US crude Western Texas oil fell by 29 cents to settle at $52.18 per barrel.
