The price of Kuwaiti oil went down Tuesday by USD 1.41 to settle USD 42.59 per barrel as oppose to USD 44 the day before, said Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) Thursday.

    The price of oil at the world market retreated yesterday due to US statistics regarding a sudden increase in crude reserves, according to (KUNA) news agency.

    The Brent crude went down by USD 1.33 to settle at USD 47.04 per barrel, the same case occurred to the American crude which went down by USD 1.65 to settle USD at 44.70 pb.
